About pipework drawing and isometrics
Good inspection depends on knowing what is there. On a lot of operating plant the drawings are out of date, incomplete or missing altogether, which makes it hard to plan an inspection, record where readings were taken or track a line over time.
We produce piping isometric drawings, P&ID mark-ups and condition monitoring location plans, and we digitise legacy plant that has no accurate records. Where drawings do not exist we survey the system on site and build them from the pipework as it actually runs, not as it was once designed.
The result is a consistent set of drawings and an asset register that give inspection a firm base to work from and stay useful long after the survey.

Why current drawings matter
Drawings are easy to overlook until an inspection or an integrity assessment needs them. When records are missing or wrong, inspection is slower, readings are hard to repeat and a risk based inspection programme has nothing solid to build on. Keeping isometrics, P&IDs and location plans current is a practical part of managing a pressure system, and it makes every later inspection quicker and more reliable.
